There is no higher version of Criminolz availible as 3.0

You can always hire someone to create this for you, i don't think this is available on version 3.0 because the orriginal programmer stopt this project.
Maybe somone on this forum has created it already I don't know, you could try and ask for it ;).

You can try to use the Google Translation tool, that way you can read most of it

Maybe you can try to take an other crime source and use this admin panel with your crime source.
You just have a little bit work to change it inside Criminolz v3

First of all, welcome to this forum, we hope to provide you with overwhelming support.

Secondly, this goes for everyone posting, lets not make remarks on each other's English. I can easily pick out some posts in both Dutch and English and find some mistakes in it.
The most important thing is that we can comprehend each other. As English isn't often used on this forum nor well spoken we tend to ignore those mistakes, or at least, I do.

Now, onto the matter itself:
It appears, based on the recent posts, that the source does not posses an admin panel. What you could do is either create it yourself or hire someone for it, as mentioned before.
But what you also could do is take out the admin panel of a different source and use it for yours. Of course, adjustments are required.

Maybe OSBandit version 1,5 is wat you are looking for? But it got lots of bugs in it unfortunately..

There are only 2-3 different ways of coding in the criminals games sources.
If you manage to find some sources that look similar to your criminolz, without a doubt one of them must have an admin panel.

If you have a basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL, you should be able to find a free admin panel in them and transfer it to your game.

I know it's not currently available in your language, but it's fully translatable.
If you take the time in translating it (which is easy through an online admin panel), you can have a full game yourself, in your language, with many options - including an admin panel.
