Citaat

Joomla CountryBlock is a module that allows site owner to grant access to certain countries or block access from certain countries. If admin does not specify the redirect URLs for blocked or granted countries, visitor's IP address and country/flag will be displayed.

This module has dual maintenance track for both Joomla 1.0x and 1.5x

Google op IP to country database.

<?php
	$host = gethostbyaddr($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']);

	if(!ereg("nl$", $host) && !ereg("be$", $host) && !ereg("arpa$", $host) && $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] != "127.0.0.1"){
 $error = "IP's buiten Nederland en België zijn geblockt!";
	}
?>
