      As a Super User, we need you to be superior in achieving supply chain excellence. Your challenge? Providing expert knowledge of JDA WMS software by supporting new users with setting-up personal logins and by offering advanced training to all end users of the software. You’ll be the main contact for WMS users and will be supporting our customer and IT ticket execution. Your goal: ultimate system configuration by ensuring end-to-end functionality according to process and safety requirements.

      You raise the bar and better our business by:

      [*] Actively leading JDA software patch deployment, software upgrades, system configuration, UAT and SIT;
      [*] Designing, testing and implementing process improvements;
      [*] Improving your knowledge by acquiring information about emerging functionalities and solutions and implementing them within our business;
      [*] Offering a helping hand to Inventory Management with WMS configuration and stock reconciliations;
      [*] Helping all departments and other onsite stakeholders with interfacing requests with JDA WMS software.

      Being a Super User requires a flexible character: you’ll be working in a 2-shift pattern, including some weekends and public holidays, and travelling for software release training or supporting facilities.

      [*] holds a graduate degree (minimum at HBO level);
      [*] has 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain and manufacturing;

      [*] knows how to successfully build strong relationships, due to excellent influencing skills.
